The school can arrange accommodation with one of our host families. Host families have been carefully selected and are subject to regular reviews; this helps to ensure a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
Accommodation with a host family includes a single or twin/double room, breakfast and dinner. Single rooms are the standard option, however, also twin rooms may be booked by participants traveling alone. In this case, we will assign you an appropriate roommate of the same gender and preferably of a different nationality. Bedlinen and towels are provided by the host family and cleaned once a week; however, we ask you to bring your own beach towel. In the summer, the families provide fans, during the winter heating will be arranged.
You will have to make arrangements with the host family for your laundry needs (laundry will usually be done once a week). Be open-minded to come to Malta and get to know a different lifestyle. Host families are not a guest house but they will be happy to offer a home away from home for you.
